Technique Name: Petite Dreamer
Release Required: First Release, Incarnation: Forget me not, Atropo Wisteria
Skill Clashes: (All) Spiritual Sense, Hoho, Support Skill, Anti-Support Skill
Description: The primary effect of Delphi's first release is a toxic miasma of perfume-like scents that her Doll releases, putting weaker souls to sleep and invoking extreme lethargy and susceptibility in those strong enough to withstand its immediate lulling effect. If creatures in the vicinity aren't knocked unconscious they'll find their reaction times slow and lagging behind, eventually to the point of their thoughts doing the same. They are still able to fight or otherwise use any skills available to them, but they tend to happen at a slower pace and might misuse a reaction to one of Delphi's attacks: such as responding with one weak in type. This is dependent on the mental and physical fortitude of those that breathe this toxin in, and the duration fluctuates on the same, though the technique can be reactivated in the scenario that it succeeds but falls off.
Technique Name: Boundless Fable
Release Required: First Release, Incarnation: Forget me not, Atropo Wisteria
Skill Clashes: (Technique) Spiritual Sense, Shadow, Support Skill, Stealth Skill
Description: The truth about forever was that it never lasted as long as you thought it would.
This technique can only be utilized on someone affected previously by Petite Dreamer, in at least the preceding three posts. This represents the ability of Atropo Wisteria to rewrite or excise someone's memories, devouring spans that benefit the duo or just those that seem particularly delicious to Atropo Wisteria itself. While only available to someone weakened by its toxin, the use of this ability in combat is applied in making an opponent forget a strategy, location or attack the Bount or Doll is favoring. If a fighter loses a clash, per se, Boundless Fable might be used in making them re-try what had already failed: the definition of insanity. It can serve as a way of masking Delphi's presence, by eating the memory of where she last was, or burn away a particularly good offense her opponent was using by making them forget that it had been effective. In the heat of battle long stretches of time can't be removed, so this power in this context is localized to the last post of events and has to be acted on quickly.
All mentally-altering aspects of any technique are applied at the discretion and permission of all players in the thread.
